Mitsuharu Misawa died in Hiroshima, Japan earlier this year less than a week before his 47th birthday. He was in a tag team match for his Pro Wrestling NOAH promotion with Go Shiozaki against Bison Smith and Akitoshi Saito. Saito hit a back suplex on Misawa, which appeared to knock him unconscious. Medical staff attempted to revive him in the ring, but when CPR failed he was taken to a hospital by ambulance. He never regained consciousness and was pronounced dead on arrival.

There’s at least a small bit of solace in the fact that he died in the ring doing what he loved, and what he did better than just about anyone on the planet. Misawa’s last moments were spent working the kind of brutally stiff, athletically realistic match that got a generation hooked on Japanese wrestling.

Misawa was a top level high school wrestler, and that got him noticed by All Japan Pro Wrestling majordomo Shohei Giant Baba. He made his professional debut in’81, and got his first big break in’84 when he was chosen as the second Tiger Mask replacing Satoru Sayama. In’90, he had his longtime tag team partner (and occasional rival) Toshiaki Kawada unmask him.

Misawa would wrestle as himself from then on, and become an even bigger star in the process. In June,’90 he became one of the top stars in All Japan Pro Wrestling when he defeated Jumbo Tsuruta. That match was his first main event appearance at the venue Cheap Trick made famous in America, the Nippon Budokan. He soon faced Triple Crown Champion Stan Hansen in an unsuccessful challenge for the title, and would become arguably the biggest native star in Japanese pro wrestling for the next decade.

He had legendary battles against Kawada, Hansen, Kenta Kobashi, and Steve Dr. Death Williams in singles competition. Misawa would continue as a mainstay in AJPW until the early part of this decade. After the death of Giant Baba, he left to establish Pro Wrestling NOAH. He would serve as the companys president while wrestling a full time schedule until his untimely death.

Japanese pro wrestling served as an introduction for many American fans into shoot fight sports and MMA. Before the Internet, fans would trade videotapes to stay up on the latest matches from Japan and along with Jushin Thunder Liger and The Great Muta Keiji Mutoh it safe to say that Misawa is one of the wrestlers most responsible for getting a generation of American fans hooked on the product. Were it not for the subculture he created in America, later wrestling promotions like Ring of Honor and MMA promotions like the UFC wouldn’t have had a ready made audience to tap into.

When individuals think of baggage, they consider this to be the only thing to buy when they are preparing to travel. However there are other items to purchase when you receive your baggage, including items such as hair with regard to protection and the durable id tag, unless you want to use the inexpensive types that come with the airline. Although both products are great to have, 1 often-overlooked product that is useful to the modern tourist is the luggage strap. Purchasing the baggage tag is the great add-on to your own travel gear, for a lot of reasons.

Keep the Bag Shut

The luggage tag is not the strap used to draw a wheeled piece of baggage around, neither is this a strap used to sling your own bag over your shoulder, though the name makes it seem as if it might be. A luggage tag instead contraptions around your bag and helps to maintain it closed in case of accidental openings. While it is true bags tend to have latches and zippers, the luggage tag is another line of defense against your bag opening whilst being handles, especially if you have packed this complete.

Not only will baggage connectors keep your bag shut, though, they can help keep others from coming in. Instead of buying a luggage lock, think about a locking tag instead. It’ll keep the totes shut as well as keep possible thieves out. This is an efficient obstruction devise in order to guard your own belongings. If you’re concerned about protection at the airport damaging your baggage tag to check your bags, there are locking totes that are TSA approved, so they will be able to check your bag without doing damage.

Customize Your Baggage

The other advantage that using the baggage tag retains is that this enables both you and others to identify your bag. Face this, most of the bags you see at the air-port tend to be in tones of black, which make this hard to pick away your bag whenever at the luggage carousel and standing in the crowd. The vibrant tag bakes an easily recognizable marker for your bag, regardless of what it looks like, and this enables you to more easily find your bag.

Your own strap can also behave as the alternative for identification tags in your luggage, since many come with the small wallet to put identifying information into. This enables people to know to whom the tote belongs when they read it, and the luggage strap isn’t quite as easy to remove as the paper tag from the air-port counter, or a leather tag that’s only hooked on with a click. This constitutes a luggage strap a good replacement for not 1, but two other baggage accessories, and the ideal choice for the first thing you buy to go with a brand new suitcase. Therefore be sure to grab a baggage tag whenever you purchase your suitcase, and you’ll have a helpful accessory to make traveling easier and less dangerous with regard to you and your own things.

In common sense, the wine bar seems like a place where people go to wash away their pain. However, that is not a right assumption. From practical view point, this is basically a place for gathering of the people with similar test. People gather together to spend some quality time their friends while talking and drinking wine.

From beer to champagne, everything goes in these parties. An informal meeting in a bar of a tropical country always asks for iced beer, and the success of many high levels social parties depends on selecting the right for the occasion, such as whisky or tequila. But no matter what it is, there is nothing better than the wine.

No drink has such a variety of tastes and kinds, and everyone who appreciates good wine has a favorite one. So, if you are a person who prefers the elegance of wine, you surely prefer to go to a bar that can offer the best and most rare wines of the world. Wine bars are just that. The most classic bars still look like old taverns which have a special room to accommodate the wine properly. Any connoisseur of this tasty drink knows what difference the correct storage can make in the final result.

There are many kinds of these bars, some of them may be even associated with some wine retailers so that you can try as many flavors of wine as you want, and, if you like it, you can take it home with you. Some others are associated with wine producers, or in some cases you may buy the bottles in the bar itself.

The wine bars became a part of national culture. They become the gathering place of general people and the fans from sporting clubs as well as the writers, artists and other creative peoples.

Adventurous snowmobilers often add an extra measure of excitement to their snowmobiling vacations " camping.

Adventurous snowmobilers often add an extra measure of excitement to their snowmobiling vacations ” camping.

Sleeping outdoors over night for a few consecutive nights is not an easy feat to accomplish without experiencing frostbite or hypothermia or, at the very least, extreme discomfort.

If you think the cold temperatures when you go snowmobiling during the day is uncomfortable, you better believe that the night hours are worse without the warm sun beaming down on you.

There are some precautions and measures that adventurous lovers of the outdoors can take to protect themselves during winter camping to fully enjoy their experience, though.

Don’t get caught up in all the excitement of a winter excursion too early as there is plenty of planning that is necessary.

Doing research about the areas you plan to visit and the winter seasonal conditions in those regions should be foremost in your planning so you can bring the appropriate equipment to stay safe.

Knowing the average amount of snow, routes that you plan to take, and the experience of the group that you are going to travel with are important factors in planning your winter camping trip.

For example, having children with no experience in your group will need a lot different planning than a group with fully experienced adults.

Keep in mind that camping during the winter months will take a toll on your body and cause it to lose body heat in abundance. This is why good planning from the very beginning is essential.

Thermal clothes are an essential during any winter activity like snowmobiling and they are even more vital if you are going to sleep outdoors overnight.

You would also be smart to employ the layering method where you wear several loose layers of clothing to provide additional layers of insulation.

The great advantage of layering is the ease that it provides you when you need to remove clothing if your body overheats. A sweating body tends to dehydrate faster than a dry body.

Of course, make sure that you and your group bring a good amount of food with you. Although things like marshmallows are a popular item, winter campers especially need to include nourishing foods.

Since appetites lessen during cold weather, the food you take with you should be appealing so you are sure to get enough nutrition to keep you moving throughout the day.

Oatmeal, granola, cheese, and other dry foods which are rich in vitamins and minerals is a must for winter camper.

The enjoyment of a snowmobiling and winter camping experience rests on the campers’ abilities to plan and pack properly. Do it correctly and it can be the best trip of your life; until next year, of course.

If you good enjoy comedies and sitcoms, Wayne Torres invites you to Watch the Inbetweeners Online. It’s a great series from the UK so don’t miss out.

“If you are planning to have a weekend vacation getaway, you can find a lot of choices. There are those who would like to spend time in their home and some would like to have an adventure outdoors. It’s much more fun for other people to have a hiking stint. There are areas in our states with safe forests where you are able to spend some days hiking. It’s not everyday that you can go camping, thus, make the most out of it.

If you plan to go camping, make sure that you will bring all the things that you will be needing. Include at least two flashlights with some additional batteries. Make certain your flashlight is waterproof. Avoid bringing things that are bulky and heavy. This would make your experience rather burdensome. Bring pre-cooked items which would require heating only. Should you prefer food that needs real cooking, make sure it can be cooked at a short time.

If you prefer to cook food, don’t use sticks and don’t make fire around your campsite. This is very dangerous. When you’re out for an adventure, you will find times whenever you truly are worn out by the heat and fun you’re having. When this happens and you used firewood in cooking your food, you might forget to put it out. This might cause a fire in your campsite which may turn into a major forest fire.

No one wants that, right? Nor do you want to be the start of one, right? We don’t only endanger our lives but also the forest and the lives that depend on it. The safest and most efficient method to cook your food is to utilize a camping stove. These are very convenient because you can easily carry them with you anywhere. Camping stoves are portable. A camping stove is your solution to having that hassle and mess-free camping.

This is especially made for outdoor cooking since it uses gas and propane. Thus, using this is convenient especially for campers, hikers, trekkers or backpackers. There are a lot of styles or kinds to choose from. There’s the single-burner, double-burner and the triple-burner stove. There is the small and lightweight kind and fits correct into your backpack. Then, there’s the high-pressure burner for fast cooking.

Hence, for convenience, it is great to bring a camping stove. When you use this, you are guaranteed that you are safe and secure while you cook your food and enjoying your outdoor adventure. Not only will these camping stoves safe for campers but you are actually saving humanity because you help save nature.

The best camp stove is the one which is portable, safe and handy wherever your next adventure is. There are many camp stoves in the market today and different brands will come with different levels of quality, so make sure you choose carefully.

When David Beckham suffered a torn Achilles’ tendon in a Serie A game in mid-March, doctors gave him an outside chance of returning in time for the World Cup or at the very least part of the MLS season. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like either of these favorable scenarios will transpire. In a recent statement to the media Beckham broke the news that his recovery is behind schedule and he won’t be able to resume playing soccer until November at the earliest.

This timetable does leave open the possibility that he could return to action should the Los Angeles Galaxy make the MLS playoffs. As far as a potential return to England’s national team the first realistic opportunity for Beckham to play would be in a European Championship qualifier against Wales in March 2011. He’s been assured that he’s welcome back at AC Milan in Italy’s Serie A league whenever he’s back in playing shape.

Beckham, who is still using crutches to get around, explained his recovery process:

“I won’t be running for another three months, so I will be playing again in, probably, November.”

“My mentality is to kind of push it and get moving and running and soon as possible. But it’s an injury that has to take time to heal. It’s frustrating. It’s obviously disappointing because I’ve been working for the last two years to get into the English squad [for the World Cup].”

“At the moment, it’s just getting the motion back into the ankle, the tendon, because it’s still repairing. I’m trying to get mobilization back into the ankle.”

Beckham also explained the injury itself:

“It was like being hit by a hockey puck. I thought someone was behind me and kicked me. Obviously no one was there and I saw my foot hanging and then I felt down there and there was a hole.”

The former England captain would have likely served in a reserve capacity with the World Cup squad, though his Howitzer-like free kicks remain one of the most feared offensive weapons in the sport. Even without Beckham in the lineup soccer betting enthusiasts are bullish on England’s prospects this summer. The ‘Three Lions’ are currently the third favorite in World Cup future betting behind Brazil and Spain.

No matter what side of the planet you may live on, there is always a warm sunny beach somewhere. Whether you’re thinking about a local summer vacation or a winter get-a-way, there are affordable vacation packages ready to whisk you away to another part of the world. According to United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) the top five international destinations in 2009 were: France, US, Spain, China and Italy. Here is a breakdown of some of the highlights from each of these countries’ best vacation sites:

France

St. Paul de Vence – This charming hilltop fortified village in Provence is filled with art galleries, boutiques and sidewalk cafes. It’s hard to find something ugly about this quaint village. A walk through its winding streets reveals elegant fountains, vine-covered stone walls and statues tucked into nooks in the walls. There are breathtaking views of mountains and sea. As a bonus, it’s five minutes from Vence, featuring a church designed by the artist Matisse.
